Here is a quick healthy dinner recipe for those of you with little time in the evenings for cooking. Mahi-mahi and asparagus, you can sub ghee for butter or coconut oil. Also, depending on your taste and mood, you can add a lemon, parsley, brown rice or baked sweet potato to compliment the meal.
